About Ed

Based in the West Country, Ed Tuffin is passionate about food and works only with the finest ingredients – locally sourced whenever possible. He has considerable experience in the hospitality industry, working for leading restaurants and private clients in the UK and abroad.

Ed’s culinary skills were developed while working in the a la carte restaurant of Choice Hotels in Sweden, where he would cater for up to 1,800 guests at corporate dinners. He then joined Reel Food, Events and Festival Catering, planning menus and cooking for film crews and music festivals around Sweden.

His next step was to become a private chef, producing gourmet meals for a wealthy English family at their chalet in the French Alps, as well as catering for ski and snowboard events. Now, he’s back in the UK as the aptly-named EdChef –offering exclusive catering services to busy people who love good food.
